Cook (offshore)
Salary: Negotiate
        Responsibilities:
-          Safe preparation of healthy, nutritious food
-          Ensuring that high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness of the galley, mess room, store rooms, refrigerators and freezers are maintained at all times and stocks rotated
-          Ensuring that food stuff is stored in the dry, cold or refrigerated store, as applicable immediately upon receipt of the delivery onboard (observe safe food storage temperatures and danger zone times)
-          Ensuring that food stores and crates are stowed securely
-          Assisting the Master with food requisitioning and stock take as required
-          Being familiar with the galley’s firefighting equipment, emergency shutdowns, alarms, emergency escapes and freezer dead man latch
-          Carrying out JSA’s/RA’s as appropriate
-          Fully participating in any training and drills as required by the master
-          Other duties as required
 
Experiences and Requirements:
 
-          Able to prepare Thai Food/Western Food
-          Good Command of English
-          Experience in Catering and Service will be advantage
-          STCW Certification
o   Elementary First Aid
o   Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
o   Personal Safety and social Responsibility
o   Personal Survival Techniques
-          Cook Certificate
-          Food Hygiene Certificate
