Job Role and Responsibilities:
 Give advice to all working staff at construction site in order to reduce risk at workplace.
 Ensure that all working staff are secured from risk at workplace and follow safety rules and regulation.
 HES Field Coordinator is also mainly expected to carry out investigation in case of accident.
 Provide HES training as well as confer and communicate related HES matters to production teams and
subcontractors.
Qualification:
 Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in Safety and Occupational Health.
 Minimum experience 3 years in Safety for construction or Oil & Gas business.
 Good command of English.
 Interpersonal skills.
 Problem solving skills.
 Coaching and training skills.
